Our menu features nourishing granola bowls with customisable options, from creamy Llaeth Y Llan yoghurt to an array of your favourite toppings. Indulge in our freshly baked sourdough toast, topped with everything from homemade hummus to decadent Nutella spreads.

Pizza & Sharing Platters
At Sunshine Italian, we believe that food is best enjoyed together, which is why we’re thrilled to introduce a new range of pizzas and sharing platters – perfect for bringing people together.
Our pizzas, served from 12 PM, are crafted with passion and the finest ingredients.
Delight in classics like the rich and tangy “il classico” or enjoy bold flavours with our spicy “Inferno.” Every pizza is a masterpiece, from the luxurious “Truffle Shuffle” to the zesty “Holy Mackerel,” each featuring unique toppings that are sure to tantalise your taste buds. Plus, we offer gluten-free bases and dairy-free cheese to cater to all preferences.
For those who love to share, our thoughtfully prepared sharing platters are perfect for two.
